Shipping policy

Processing. Most orders leave our warehouse within 3 to 7 business days. Peak periods and occasional stock delays can add to this, and we will email you if your order is one of them.

Transit. Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery normally takes 5 to 7 business days.

Tracking. The moment your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. Once a parcel is in the carrier's hands the timing is theirs, not ours — but if tracking stalls or something looks wrong, email us and we will chase it for you.

Shipping cost. Free. Every order ships at no charge, to every country we serve.

Where we ship. The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Customs procedures can add delays outside our control, and any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
