Shipping is free on every order. Delivery normally takes 5–7 business days once the carrier has your parcel, and you will get a tracking email the moment it ships.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Customs procedures can add delays outside our control, and any import duties charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

Email support@getclairmont.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

If the towels are not what you hoped, you have 30 days from the day they arrive to tell us and we will refund you, washed and used towels included. See the Refund Policy.

Reply to your order confirmation or email support@getclairmont.com with your order number. We send a prepaid return label, and refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

GSM is grams per square metre: the weight and density of the cotton. Ultrasoft 600 GSM is the everyday hotel towel, plush but quick to dry. Heavyweight 800 GSM is the spa towel: thicker, heavier in the hand, and the most absorbent we make.

Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and oversized bath sheets, sold singly, in pairs and in bundles. Exact dimensions are listed on every product page.

Machine wash warm with like colours, tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener: it coats the cotton and reduces absorbency. Wash before first use to open the loops.

Long-staple cotton and colour-fast dyes mean minimal lint after the first wash and no fading with normal care.
